We want you to feel confident in your Bo+Tee fit, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all Bo+Tee hangtags are intact and the garments are free of makeup or sweat marks.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Download your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal and drop your package off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
